Firetail Cards runs firetailcards.com. This policy describes the website itself. Purchases, messages, and bids on Whatnot or other platforms follow those platforms' policies.
The site does not require an account. It does not run a mailing list yet, and the email field on the homepage is turned off until a provider is connected. We do not ask you to create a password here.
If you email us later, or message us on Whatnot or a social profile, we'll use what you send to respond. Don't send payment card numbers by email.
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services through AWS Amplify. Like most hosts, AWS may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested so the site can be delivered and protected. We don't use that information to build advertising profiles.
This site does not add analytics cookies or advertising trackers. A shopping cart may store a cart identifier in a cookie named firetail_cart so the cart can persist in this browser. That cookie is not used for advertising.
When checkout is enabled, payment and shipping details are entered on Shopify's checkout. Shopify's own privacy policy applies to that purchase. Until then, the cart is not an order and no card is charged here.
When newsletter signup is enabled, we will say so on the form, name the provider, and only store an address after you submit it. You will be able to unsubscribe from those messages. Until then, we are not saving email addresses from this website.
We don't sell personal information. We would share information only with a service provider helping us run the site or the list, if the law requires it, or to protect the shop and its visitors.
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will change with it.
A public email address is not listed yet. Use the channels on the contact page, including our Whatnot profile.
