The ground rules for firetailcards.com. Last updated October 28, 2026.
These terms cover your use of the Firetail Cards website. They are not a substitute for the rules of Whatnot or any other platform where a purchase actually happens.
The site shares who we are, how live auctions work, and what is published in the Shopify catalog. A product page is an offer only when the item is available and checkout is open. Sold-out items stay listed as sold out. Category pages are not a promise that a specific card is in stock.
When you buy from a Firetail Cards livestream on Whatnot, that purchase is made with Whatnot. Payment, shipping, returns, and disputes for those orders follow Whatnot's terms. Website purchases, once checkout is enabled, are completed on Shopify-hosted checkout. Price, tax, shipping, and inventory at that moment come from Shopify. While checkout is closed, saving an item in the cart is not an order. Firetail Chase Packs are not offered for sale until the product rules are published and purchasing is turned on. A restriction on this website does not replace keeping those products off other Shopify sales channels.
Event details will be posted only when an appearance is confirmed. Show promoters set their own rules for entry, tickets, and the venue.
Conversation about cards, grades, and the hobby is not a formal appraisal, a market quote, or financial advice. Values move. Check more than one source before you buy or sell.
The Firetail Cards name, logo, and the design of this website belong to Firetail Cards. Card names, set names, and game artwork remain the property of their owners. Don't copy the site design or our logo and present it as your own.
Don't misuse the site, attempt to break it, scrape it in a way that degrades service, or send unlawful content through any future form.
The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Firetail Cards is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the website, or from a third-party platform we link to. Some places don't allow those limits. In those places, the limit is the smallest the law allows.
We may update these terms as the shop grows. The date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
